Wedding Details

The event will take place at a private estate in Napa, California. Round-trip transportation to the event will be provided from River Terrace Inn in downtown Napa at 3:45pm.

Please note that there is no parking available at the event space. Taxis and ride sharing apps are not allowed on the property. We will make sure that transportation is available throughout the day for any guests that need or want to leave early.

Out of town guests

We strongly encourage you to book your lodging close to downtown Napa as traffic in the wine country can make even the shortest distance take a long time. (NOT A JOKE - a 10 mile journey can routinely take 45 minutes)

If you're interested in some other accommodations, Napa boasts a variety of different hotels and Airbnb’s in a range of budgets. Having said that, August is an incredibly popular time in Napa and Sonoma, so book them FAST!

Bay Area guests

If you are driving to Napa on the day of the event, an all-day parking lot is conveniently located next to Oxbow market.

Where is the ceremony or reception?

The ceremony and the reception will take place at a private estate 10 minutes away from downtown Napa. Transportation to/from the event from/to Napa will be provided.

What is the dress code?

Cocktail attire. Please consider that the event will take place partially outside when choosing the footwear.

Do I have to stay in Napa?

While we encourage you to do so, no, you do not. Please take into account traffic time as it take a surprising amount of time to drive from SF to Napa.
