Weekend Schedule
We can’t wait to see you! We sincerely hope that you can attend all the events over the weekend, however of course we understand that it may not be possible.
If you are part of our wedding party or our family, you will get a separate more detailed schedule with other preparation events.
- 8:00 pm – 10:00 pm: Welcome Reception @ Westin Verasa Napa
- Location: 1314 McKinstry St, Napa, CA
- Please join us for a wine and hors d'oeuvre welcome reception at the The Westin Verasa Napa on Friday, August 10, 2018, at 8 pm. Meet everyone before the big event! The venue is just a 5 minute walk from the River Terrace Inn.
- 3:45 pm: Shuttles from River Terrace Inn (1600 Soscol Ave, Napa, CA) to take guests to the venue
- 4:30 pm – 5:00 pm: Wedding Ceremony
- 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm: Cocktail Hour
- 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm: Dinner + Party time
- 10:00 pm onwards: After party somewhere in Napa!!!!!
Shuttles will be available throughout the event to take guests back to River Terrace Inn
- 10:00 am – 1:00 pm: Farewell Brunch @ River Terrace Inn
- Location: 1600 Soscol Ave, Napa, CA
